FTP - File Transfer Protocol - allows you to send files and receive files from anywhere in the world. You can communicate with many businesses who already have e-mail. You don't have to be put on hold, and you don't have to worry about the fax jamming or running out of paper. You can have your own home page and World Wide Web account. You can use EEPO if you have an IBM compatible or Macintosh computer, and a modem. If you do not have a modem, we can provide you with one at a reduced cost. You don't have to worry if you have never used a computer. Professional installation and initial training can be provided DOMESTIC ACCOUNTS These accounts are aimed at the home and low volume user. ECONOMISER ACCOUNT Once off $33 installation fee, plus $22 per month including GST WORLD WIDE WEB GOLD ACCOUNT Once off $33 installation fee, plus $44 per month Access - currently there is 4 hr per call per day restriction (80 hours per month for 50c per hour). You are warned that your time is expiring. If there are lines available you will not be logged off. Up to 10 megabytes of storage for your home page No download charges* *NOTE : Ausconnect reserves the right to restrict free downloads or start to charge should there be excessive use or abuse of this benefit. WORLD WIDE WEB ECONOMISER ACCOUNT Once off $33 installation fee, plus $22 per month for 40 hours access with .50c per hour for any usage in excess of 20 hours. Monthly accounts are welcome and are available only by automatic bank direct debit. DDR form required with application. Access - currently there is 4 hr per day restriction (20 hours per month for 50c per hour). You are warned that your time is expiring. If there are lines available you will not be logged off. COMMERCIAL ACCOUNTS These accounts are aimed at businesses who want a registered Domain Name and need to maintain continuous Internet Connection during and/or outside business hours. SEMI PERMANENT ACCOUNT Once off $220 installation fee, plus $88 per month including GST WORLD WIDE WEB PERMA-NET ACCOUNT Once off $220 installation fee, plus $176 per month including GST Access - This account provides a permanent connection for business. Acess for the semi permanent is restricted to 8 hours per day. Extended hours are available for additional cost.
